Technical Architect

Overview:We are seeking a talented and motivated talent to join our dynamic team working on developing our CEX (Centralized Exchange) Spot Trading Platform. As a Technical Architect / Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the core features of our online trading platform, enabling users to buy, sell, and swap a wide range of cryptocurrency assets.Salary: 80-100M NET monthly.Description:Collaborate with the product management and technical teams to understand and translate project requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans.Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, secure backend and front-end components for the CEX spot trading platform.Implement trading functionalities, order-matching algorithms, and liquidity management solutions while considering factors such as low latency and high availability.Integrate third-party APIs and protocols to expand the platform's connectivity and capability.Work on data modeling, database design, and optimization to support the platform's functionality and performance requirements.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following best practices and coding standards.Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, thoroughly tested software solutions.Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to cryptocurrency trading platforms.Requirements:[Must Have]With at least 8+ years of experience working in software development, we also welcome strong candidates having fewer years of experience, preferably with 4+ years of experience in JavaStrong skills in Core Java, server-side Java technologies, and Spring frameworksExtensive experience in software design, architecture, development integrationSolid knowledge of event processing models, multi-threading, enterprise integration pattern, Web Service and REST[Should Have]Knowledge of professional software engineering practices for the full development life cycle (coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, operation, monitoring, etc.).Write high-quality, clean, and maintainable code using engineering best practices.Guide junior engineers’ daily work and do knowledge share, etc.Experience with micro-services architecture, event driven, CQRS[Nice to have]Build large scale software system, which can impact daily life of millions of customersProfessional experience working with cloud (either AWS, Azure, or GCP).Experience in enterprise architecture.Interview Process:2 rounds:- Technical interview- Culture fit
