This role does not require prior experiencewith advanced software or technical processes, but it does require tenacity, curiosity, drive, strongproblem-solving skills, and the willingness to learn. The right candidate will work closely with a leadengineer/designer, assisting with daily tasks across multiple disciplines over time.Key ResponsabilitiesProvide general administrative and project support across engineering, design, and fabrication tasksLearn and assist with 3D CAD modeling, CNC fabrication, and digital printing processes under guidanceSupport estimation, procurement, and project tracking activitiesAssist with file organization, documentation, and presentation materials (Microsoft Office / Share point, Adobe Suite, Corel Designer, Solid Edge, and other tools)Participate in hands-on work including fabrication, prototyping, and electronics assemblyPerform research on suppliers, parts, and technical references as neededHelp maintain equipment, materials, and project inventoryContribute to graphic design, communication, and documentation of projectsEducational RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; further education or technical training is a plusExperience RequirementsNo prior specialized training required; on-the-job training will be providedBackground in design, engineering, digital print, or fabrication is helpful but not necessaryRequired SkillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesWillingness and ability to learn new technical skills quicklyAttention to detail with a proactive, hands-on mindsetProject Management literacyBasic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, file management); design software experience is a plus but not requiredStrong communication and teamwork skillsCuriosity about engineering, procurement, design, print, and fabrication processesREPORTS TODirector of InnovationGROWTH OPPORTUNITIESThis role is ideal for someone interested in developing skills in areas such as CAD design, CNCfabrication, digital printing, graphic design, and project management. With training and mentorship, theAssistant will gain practical experience across engineering, creative, manufacturing and productionworkflows.Compensation Salary @ $50,500Performance based increase after -6 months to $54,50012 months to $58,500
