Technical Business Analyst - 12-month contract

Our partner is looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst with deep expertise in Cards Management Systems and the wider cards & payments industry. This role will act as the bridge between business and technical teams, driving the successful launch and optimization of a commercial cards platform.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.Develop technical documentation for system design, integrations, and workflows.Collaborate with product, operations, and development teams to ensure seamless delivery.Support production issues, troubleshoot system challenges, and improve performance.Contribute to platform enhancements, innovation, and compliance efforts.Provide ongoing technical support for onboarding and configuration activities.What We’re Looking For8–10+ years’ experience in banking or fintech as a Business Analyst.Hands-on expertise with Cards Management Systems (e.g., FIS Cortex, NI, TSYS, etc.).Strong understanding of payment systems, card processing, APIs, and financial platforms.Experience with commercial card products (Corporate, Travel, Virtual Cards, CTA).Proven ability in drafting TRDs, system specifications, and technical documentation.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
