Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions — translating complex requirements into actionable plans, supporting the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), and ensuring successful project delivery.You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams, analyze large data sets, and help shape systems and processes that drive operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesGather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements for system enhancements and projectsPartner with business units and developers to define scope, goals, and deliverablesTranslate business requirements into clear user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteriaConduct data analysis and quality checks to support informed decision-makingParticipate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, testing, and deploymentDevelop and execute test cases to validate system functionalityCommunicate project updates and key insights to stakeholders at all levelsEnsure documentation aligns with company standards, compliance, and regulatory requirementsQualifications5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst2+ years of experience in data analysisExperience in SQL and a strong understanding of relational databasesExperience gathering and documenting business requirements and converting them into functional deliverablesUtilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SQL to track requirements and validate dataProven ability to design and execute test casesExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsExperience with conversion projects preferredBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred
