If you’re energized by challenges and eager to make a meaningful impact while advancing your career in a dynamic consulting environment, BP&M is where your talents can truly thrive.Position:Technical Business AnalystJob DescriptionTechnical & Business Analyst Services requires a unique blend of robust technical analysis skills, business acumen (risk management, more notably compliance risk management), and hands-on experience with financial business reports, databases, and intranet solutions using SharePoint 2016 and ServiceNow. The service involves collecting and analyzing business processes and technical requirements, proposing digitization improvements, and ensuring seamless integration with ServiceNow.Roles and Responsibilities The key roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Requirement Gathering: Collect and document business and technical requirements from customers, focusing on financial business reports running on SharePoint 2016 and Nintex workflows, data web solutions, Intranet solutions.Technical Analysis: Analyze legacy Excel, SharePoint 2016 and Nintex solutions and propose replacement solutions within the ServiceNow realm.Solution Design: In collaboration with architects, develop and propose end-state solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements (strong role).Implementation Support and testing: Provide technical guidance and support during the implementation of proposed solutions and execute tests.Documentation: Create detailed documentation of requirements, proposed solutions, test plan and implementation plans.Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring their requirements and feedback are incorporated into the solutions.Qualifications and ExperienceTop Skills Required:Strong knowledge in technology of SharePoint 2016, SharePoint Online, Business workflows, and web solutions in general.Proven experience with ServiceNow (as a BA, developer, admin, etc.)Knowledge in data models and databases. Other Skills Required:Experience in design and software architecture.Proven ability to analyze complex technical and business requirements and propose effective solutions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
