Technical Business Analyst (SQL)

What You'll Be DoingEliciting, analysing and documenting detailed business requirements and translating them into functional and technical specificationsCollaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers and subject matter experts, to drive the successful implementation of IT solutionsTesting and validating system functionality to ensure it aligns with business needsProviding technical guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycleIdentifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the continuous enhancement of our IT systemsEffectively communicating complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiencesMinimum QualificationsWhat we're looking for:Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or a similar role in the Information & Communication Technology industryStrong understanding of business analysis methodologies and techniques, including requirements gathering, process mapping and solution designProficiency in translating business requirements into functional and technical specificationsExcellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issuesEffective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teamsFamiliarity with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or WaterfallBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
