Since our inception with affiliate advertising, we have grown to become a leading company in the Performance Marketing domain. We engage in marketing support through partnerships with global AI companies and by leveraging Rakuten's marketing assets (such as Rakuten data and Rakuten media). We directly collaborate with Rakuten Group, one of Japan's leading advertisers, as well as major E-commerce and FinTech companies. Our role involves proposing and operating performance advertising strategies that contribute to enhancing marketing ROI and driving sales growth for these partners.Department / Reporting Structure This position belongs to a support department within the Rakuten Marketing Department, providing technical and operational assistance to both our internal sales organization and our clients, who are advertisers.Rakuten Marketing Department: Our Services & Customer Value Management and operation of various advertising formats, including affiliate advertising, influencer advertising, listing advertising (SEM), and display advertising. Identification of clients' marketing challenges and development of marketing strategies and tactics to resolve those challenges. Formulation of communication plans based on analysis of advertising effectiveness, market research results, and customer/purchase data. Creation of execution plans through communication with internal and external stakeholders, and progress management during the implementation phase. Deep customer understanding and discovery of insights based on data analysis, leading to proposals for improving advertising operations.
