COMPANY: Leading Diversified Conglomerate in Sri LankaPOSITION: Technical Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Navision / Business CentralLOCATION: Colombo, Sri LankaSALARY: 100K - 200K GrossOVERVIEW:Our client, a reputed conglomerate with a diverse portfolio, is seeking a skilled and self-driven Technical Consultant with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Navision / Business Central. The selected individual will play a key role in delivering customized ERP solutions, supporting clients throughout project lifecycles, and driving technical excellence across implementations.RESPONSIBILITIES:Analyse client requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable technical solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Navision / Business Central.Design, develop, and customize Business Central applications, extensions, and system integrations.Provide technical support, testing, and troubleshooting during implementation and post-go-live phases.Collaborate with project managers, functional consultants, and business analysts to ensure on-time and quality project delivery.Conduct data migration, system configuration, and performance optimization activities.Offer ongoing client support and ensure smooth system operation and user adoption.PRE-REQUISITES:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.1–2 years of hands-on experience in developing, customizing, or implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Navision / Business Central solutions.Strong command of C/AL and AL programming languages and experience using Visual Studio Code.Working knowledge of SQL, database design, and data migration techniques.Exposure to Microsoft Azure and Power Platform would be an added advantage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
