You’ll work closely with colleagues from the Services and Development teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.More Specifically, You’llCreate and maintain XML-based configuration files tailored to each customer. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the NAPA Logbook. Test software functionalities to ensure they work as intended. Provide technical support to the Sales team during sales processes. You’ll be part of a dynamic and collaborative team where your contributions are valued. We foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.To support your onboarding, you’ll be assigned a dedicated onboarding buddy who will help you get started and introduce you to the NAPA Way of working.This is a full-time temporary position based on-site in Galati, Romania.What We Are Looking ForEducation and experience:Degree in technical field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related area. Previous experience in similar roles is considered a plus Experience or studies in Naval Architecture or Maritime Domain are seen as an advantage Skills And CompetenciesCollaboration and communication: strong co-operational skills, excellent communication skills in English and a customer-oriented mindset Working style and ownership: good sense of task ownership, effective time management, ability to focus and complete tasks independently, and achievement-oriented mindset. Technical and analytical skills: Proficiency in XML and basic computer skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills.
