Please be aware that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position now or in the future.The Job SummaryTo analyse warranty claims, aftersales VOR data, and in-service vehicle quality data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for product and service improvement. The role provides accurate reporting and actionable insights that support quality enhancement, cost control, and customer satisfaction. Acting as a key link between aftersales, engineering, and quality teams, the position drives continuous improvement initiatives to reduce warranty exposure, improve vehicle reliability, and optimize customer uptime.The RoleKey TasksCollect, validate, and analyse warranty claims, aftersales VOR data, and in-service vehicle quality data to identify trends, recurring issues, and root causes.Prepare detailed analytical reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders, highlighting key findings and actionable insights.Communicate root cause analysis and recommendations effectively to the Aftersales, Engineering, and Quality teams.Support the development of corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives based on data-driven insights.Monitor warranty costs, campaign performance, and VOR metrics to ensure compliance with company targets and customer expectations.Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate fault coding and data integrity in warranty and service systems.Provide timely updates and presentations to management on emerging issues, risks, and performance against KPIs.Assist in forecasting warranty exposure and budgeting through trend analysis and predictive modelling.Maintain and improve data collection processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards.Act as a liaison between Aftersales, Service Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure alignment on product reliability and customer satisfaction goals.Undertake training as required to stay current with diagnostic tools, reporting systems, and data analysis techniques.Support audits and compliance checks related to warranty and service data.Perform any other duties necessary to support the effective operation of the role.The RequirementsBachelor's degree in a relevant field such as:Data Analytics / Data Science/Mathematics or Statistics/Computer Science/Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (with strong analytical focus)Data Analysis & InterpretationAbility to analyse large datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.Technical ReportingStrong skills in preparing clear, concise reports and dashboards for stakeholders.Problem-Solving & Root Cause AnalysisCapability to investigate issues, determine underlying causes, and recommend solutions.IT & Analytical ToolsProficiency in:Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros)/BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)/Statistical analysis techniques/Communication & PresentationAbility to explain complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.The Benefits4% discretionary bonusLife InsuranceMedicash schemeDiscount with local businesses e.g. Galgorm Spa Resort and McAtamney's.Free car parkingCanteenCareer progressionProfessional developmentFlexitime#wbstaffTo be considered for this role you will be redirected to and must complete the application process on our careers page.
