Technical Designer – Women’s Apparel (Los Angeles-Based)Location: Downtown Los Angeles (In-Person)Company: Brasseur Inc.Brasseur Inc., a well-established women’s fashion company based in Downtown Los Angeles, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Designer to join our dynamic team.Job Responsibilities:·        Lead in-person fittings for women's tops, jackets, pants, skirts, and dresses.·        Prepare and send detailed fit comments to overseas factories.·        Communicate with overseas production teams to ensure accurate sample execution and production quality.·        Review graded specs for accuracy and approval, construction details, and technical specifications.·        Collaborate closely with pattern-makers, designers, and production to ensure garments meet fit and quality standards.Qualifications:·        Minimum 5 years of experience as a technical designer in the fashion industry.·        Strong knowledge of garment construction, pattern-making, and technical design processes.·        Proficient in reviewing and updating tech packs, specs, and fit comments.·        Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey fit corrections and construction notes to overseas teams.·        Must be based in the Greater Los Angeles Area and available for in-person fittings in our DTLA showroom.Freelance work. $35/hour.Please submit your resume.Thank you.
