Technical Engineer Intern-HCM

Responsibilities:1. Provide customers with AGV on-site implementation and technical support services, leveraging the expertise of professional technical engineers to benefit clients.2. Ensure smooth product operation through proactive support and maintenance tasks. Collaborate with team members to streamline technical support processes.3. Create product materials to enhance customer understanding and usability. Participate in the development of local European projects.4. Cooperate with regional sales, supporting with pre-sale functional demonstration, technical communication, PK with competitors, installation, testing and abnormal problem handling during/after sale of products.Requirements：1. Educational Background: Open to all majors, but candidates with a Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Automation, Communication or other STEM related majors are preferred.2. Language Skills: Fluent in English, for internal communication.3. Work Schedule: Full-time interns are preferred, offering the opportunity to fully immerse in the role and gain comprehensive experience.4. Current students in Junior-year are prefered.
