This role focuses on advanced development, integration, and customization within the SailPoint IdentityIQ environment hosted on AWS. The Technical Lead will lead development tasks, perform complex troubleshooting, and mentor junior developers while also ensuring QA and support processes are followed. This is an individual contributor role.Collaborating closely with global IAM lifecycle teams. This is a hybrid remote and office-based role in Sri Lanka, aligning with the local job requirement guidelines (Primary shift: [7:30 PM-3:30 AM SLST, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM CDT] with flexibility). Most work is performed Monday through Friday virtually using collaboration tools and video conferencing. Our team has occasional on-call support.Responsibilities:Custom Development & Integrations: Building, customizing, and optimizing SailPoint IIQ workflows and API integrations with platforms such as Workday, Azure AD, and SalesforceTechnical Leadership: Mentoring junior developers, conducting peer code reviews, and enforcing development best practicesQA & Testing: Defining and executing QA testing frameworks for lifecycle changes and new integrationsSupport & Troubleshooting: Investigating and resolving escalated issues from the team’s queueDocumentation: Maintaining technical documentation for integrations, customizations, and processesRequirements: A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent practical experienceAn advanced degree or IAM-related certifications5–7 years of IAM development experience, with at least 3 years in SailPoint IdentityIQStrong background in Java, Beanshell, REST/SOAP APIs, and AWS-hosted solutionsPrevious experience troubleshooting complex integration issuesStrong problem-solving and debugging skillsExperience leading QA testing processesMust possess the ability to mentor and guide junior team membersBenefits:US dollar-linked compensationPerformance-based annual bonusPerformance rewards and recognitionAgile Benefits - special allowances for Health, Wellness & Academic purposesEntertainment allowanceTeam engagement allowanceComprehensive Health & Life Insurance Cover - extendable to parents and in-lawsOverseas travel opportunities and exposure to client environmentsHybrid work arrangementSysco LABS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
