You’ll lead a team of talented engineers, define the technical direction for our products, and ensure that architecture and implementation align with scalability, performance, and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of full-stack and mobile engineers.Architect and implement robust, scalable solutions using React Native, Node.js, and related technologies.Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Data teams to translate ideas into impactful, user-friendly experiences.Define and enforce best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.Oversee the full software development lifecycle — from concept to production.Review and optimize code for performance, reliability, and maintainability.Requirements5+ years of professional experience in software development.1+ year of proven leadership or Tech Lead experience.Strong Full-Stack development expertise with React Native, Node.js, and TypeScript/JavaScript.
