Technical Lead Manager VI | Emerging Technologies

Determine project requirements and develop work schedules for the team.Delegate tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.Liaise with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.Identify risks and form contingency plans as soon as possible.Analyze existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.Keep up to date with industry trends and developments.Update work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.Motivate staff and create a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.Be transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.Minimum QualificationsPossess a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or any related field.Five (5) years of experience in any related field.Proven coding, troubleshooting, and diagnosing skills.Excellent leadership and organization skills.Willingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients.Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.A Team Player.Humble to admit mistakes, but at the same time, firm and fair.Be able to manage targets and expectations of the team.Identify and mitigate risks, including security risks.
