Technical Lead

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Lead to oversee infrastructure projects and guidethe engineering team in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust ITinfrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in systemsarchitecture, cloud platforms, networking, and security, and will play a key role in ensuringthe scalability, reliability, and performance of our infrastructure.Requirements- 12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 4 years in a technicalleadership role.- Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, storage, and server technologies.-Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) and infrastructure-as-code tools(Terraform, Ansible).-Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.-Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.Preferred Skills-Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, MS Exchange orActive directory, or Cisco/ network or BCDR-Knowledge of ITIL practices and service management frameworks.Responsibilities-Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade infrastructure solutions(on-premises, cloud, or hybrid).-Provide technical leadership and mentorship to infrastructure engineers andsupport staff.-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define infrastructure requirements andalign with business objectives.-Oversee infrastructure automation, monitoring, and performance tuning.-Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.-Manage infrastructure projects, including timelines, resources, and deliverableslenience with Project/ Program Manager- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and practices to improveinfrastructure efficiency.-Ensure compliance with security standards, data protection regulations, andinternal policies.-Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and provide root cause analysis.
