As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the electrical systems of Qatar's road infrastructure.Design, develop, and implement electrical systems for road operations and maintenance projectsAnalyze and optimize existing electrical infrastructure to improve efficiency and performanceConduct site inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and recommend solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with other road infrastructure componentsDevelop and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reportsTroubleshoot complex electrical problems and provide timely solutionsEnsure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and industry best practicesParticipate in project planning and budgeting processesStay updated on the latest technological advancements in road electrical systems and recommend improvementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institutionMinimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in road operations and maintenanceStrong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices, particularly in relation to road infrastructureProficiency in AutoCAD or similar design softwareExperience with traffic management systems and road lightingExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong project management and organizational abilitiesFamiliarity with Qatar's road infrastructure and electrical standardsKnowledge of local regulations and safety standardsProfessional Engineer (PE) certification preferredFluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plusMust be a Qatari National
