Client & Role OverviewOur client is a European fintech building institutional-grade trading and digital asset infrastructure, trusted by prominent industry players. With rapid global expansion underway, they're now establishing their first engineering presence in Asia.They’re hiring a Technical Lead/Principal Engineer to drive this build-out and recruit a team of software engineers. You’ll be hands-on, architecture-focused, and work directly with the founding and leadership team to shape technical direction, make key engineering decisions, and lead high-impact platform initiatives.
