At DaCodes, you'll have the opportunity to grow your professional career, work on diverse projects across multiple industries, and help design, implement, and optimize modern cloud architectures.Our DaCoders have a meaningful impact on our clients' success — and we're looking for someone like you!RequirementsRole PurposeAs a Technical Leader - Salesforce Cloud, you'll own the technical direction, delivery quality, and engineering practices for Salesforce-centric cloud solutions.You'll oversee developers across squads, work closely with Solution and Enterprise Architects, and define a reusable asset strategy (components, accelerators, patterns) to reduce time-to-value and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.You will be the technical bar-raiser and multiplier — enabling teams to scale efficiently and deliver excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership & Governance Define and own the technical direction for Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, Data Cloud, Platform) and related services (MuleSoft, Tableau). Establish coding standards, branching strategies, and architectural guardrails. Lead design reviews and ensure non-functional requirements (security, performance, scalability, observability) are met. Delivery & Quality Translate epics and user stories into technical tasks and estimates; proactively de-risk implementations. Implement quality gates such as static code analysis, testing, and linting. Oversee release orchestration aligned with change and incident management best practices. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Partner with Solution and Enterprise Architects on roadmaps and target-state designs. Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria. Coordinate with Security, QA, and DevOps teams on release controls. Communicate risks, trade-offs, and decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. People Leadership & Enablement Supervise and mentor developers; facilitate code reviews and pair programming sessions. Drive certification and learning plans; lead technical interviews. Foster a culture of documentation, testing, and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications 6-10+ years in software engineering, including 5+ years building on the Salesforce Platform. Proven experience leading multi-developer teams across multiple orgs or projects. Expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, Platform Events, and integration patterns (REST, Async, CDC, MuleSoft). Strong CI/CD knowledge (Git-based workflows, automated deployments with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Copado, Flosum, etc.). Solid understanding of security (OWASP, Salesforce Shield, profiles/permission sets) and data model design. Experience with data tooling (Data Loader, Bulk API, CDC, Data Cloud connectors) and performance optimization. Education & Certifications (Preferred) BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Salesforce Platform Developer I (required); PD II, Application Architect, or System Architect preferred. MuleSoft (MCD-Level 1) and/or DevOps tooling certifications are a plus. Tools & Tech Stack (Examples) Source Control & CI/CD: GitHub/GitLab, Actions/Jenkins, Copado, Flosum, SFDX, Salesforce CLI. Quality: PMD, ESLint, Prettier, Jest, Apex tests, OWASP ZAP. Work Management: Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Lucidchart, Draw.io/PlantUML. Integration & Data: MuleSoft Anypoint, REST/GraphQL APIs, Postman, Data Cloud, CDC. Success Metrics Delivery Predictability: Sprint goal attainment ≥90%; velocity stability ±15%. Quality: Escaped defects ≤3%; code coverage ≥85%; mean time to restore ↓. Reuse Adoption: Increased cycle-time reduction via reusable assets. Security & Compliance: Zero critical vulnerabilities at release; change success rate ≥95%.
