As the world is changing day by day, so we’re continuously learning and innovating to adapt to new product ideas and business opportunities.ResponsibilitiesWe’re looking for project technical leaders to lead our projects to success by communicating closely with Project Manager and Business Analyst and taking up the responsibility regarding technical aspects of the entire project.You’ll be responsible for:Leading the development team to design, develop, release, and operate applications, and infrastructures. Fulfill all commitments by timely delivering the deliverables.Overseeing software quality and system testing.Designing and developing ways to improve applications and infrastructure quality.Designing and developing ways to detect & reduce vulnerabilities of applications and infrastructures.Helping your team members with technical aspects, and troubleshooting any problems that occur.RequirementsAt SupremeTech, we apply Agile methodology in almost every project we do. So it would be a great fit if you are agile enough and able to adapt to the changing environment, besides that:You must have:Strong programming principles, security principles & design patterns.Strong understanding of database concepts, proficiency in design and query optimization.Hands-on experience in web/server configurations.Professional experience in using more than one backend programming language/framework.Especially: PHP/Laravel, Node/Express, Python/Django/Flask and Golang.Hands-on experience in runtime tuning for PHP, Node, Python & Golang applications.Professional experience in designing, developing, and operating applications on AWS or GCP.Professional experience in designing, developing, and operating infrastructure on AWS or GCP.Mastered the use of Git & Gitflow skills.Professional experience with Docker, CI/CD.Excellent communication and strong leadership skills.Good technical writing and documentation skills.Over 7 years of experience with a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and process.Intermediate level in English written and spoken: TOEIC 600 or equivalent.Good learning attitude, professionalism, and a high sense of responsibility.Proactively exploring and applying new technologies, especially AI/ML.And nice to have:AWS/GCP certificates.Professional experience in developing & operating E-commerce system.English: Toeic 700+ or equivalent, Japanese: N3+Our Key Benefits and Cares13th-month pay (yearly bonus).Salary review twice a year.PTI Health Insurance.Training incentive allowance.Promotion opportunity.12 days of Annual leave and at least 11 days of National public holiday.Bonus on National Public Days.Yearly company trip & Year-end party.MacBook is provided.
