Position: Tech Lead – Web3Department: Engineering / BlockchainLocation: Hanoi Job Type: Full-timeLevel: Senior / Lead🔍 Job OverviewWe’re looking for a passionate and experienced Tech Lead (Web3) to lead the development of next-generation decentralized applications (dApps), smart contracts, and scalable blockchain solutions.You’ll play a key role in defining the architecture, choosing the right technologies, mentoring the engineering team, and driving product innovation in the fast-evolving Web3 space.🛠️ Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and oversee the architecture of Web3 products including smart contracts, backend services, and dApps.Lead and mentor a team of blockchain and full-stack developers; perform code reviews and ensure engineering best practices.Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and QA to ensure high-quality deliverables.Build secure, scalable, and maintainable systems on Ethereum and other EVM-compatible chains (Polygon, Arbitrum, BNB Chain), as well as on Solana and Aptos blockchains.Own and manage the entire development lifecycle from planning to deployment and post-launch support.Research and evaluate new Web3 technologies, protocols, and industry trends (e.g., Layer 2, zk-Rollups, NFTs, DeFi).Drive continuous improvement in code quality, performance, and system security.✅ RequirementsMust-have:4–6+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2+ years in Web3/blockchain development.Proficient in Solidity, Rust, and Move for smart contract development on EVM (Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, BNB Chain), Solana, and Sui/Aptos.Strong experience with Node.js (preferred), Golang, or Rust.Solid knowledge of Web3 architecture, including blockchain data indexing, off-chain services, and security best practices.Strong understanding of blockchain infrastructure architecture, including smart contract deployment pipelines, RPC/node configuration, indexer design, CI/CD automation, and cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, and Cloudflare.Experience leading engineering teams (3–7 developers) in an Agile/Scrum environment.Good at communicating in English.Nice-to-have:Experience with DeFi protocols, NFT marketplaces, Layer 2 scaling (Optimism, zkSync, StarkNet), or cross-chain bridges.Familiarity with The Graph, IPFS, oracles (Chainlink), and other Web3 infra tools.Contributions to open-source projects or public smart contract repositories (GitHub, GitLab, etc.).Experience working in startups or fast-paced product teams.Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving skills and a “builder” mindset.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Curious, self-motivated, and passionate about decentralization and blockchain innovation.🎁 What We OfferCompetitive salary: Upto 50M+ performance bonus + token allocation (if applicable).Equity or token incentives depending on project stage and involvement.Flexible working environment.Opportunity to work on high-impact projects with global scale and visibility.Access to industry events, hackathons, and training (sponsored by the company).Open-minded, collaborative team with a strong engineering culture.📩 How to ApplyPlease send your CV to email: thaontp@twendeesoft.com
