About The Role:The Technical Manager – Back Office Support plays a pivotal role in bridging technical expertise with commercial operations. This position supports the sales and specification teams by providing accurate product information, managing technical documentation, calculation, certification and prequalification documentation, coordinating with production as needed, and ensuring seamless and timely technical packages processing. The role is essential for maintaining customer satisfaction and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:- Perform Structural and engineering calculation / analysis to confirm BEAM solutions compatibility with client’s requirements. - Provide detailed technical guidance on BEAM’s solutions to the sales team and customers (Contractors, Architects, Engineers, Owners).- Provide in-depth technical support on drywall systems, gypsum & Fiber Cement boards, metal framing, jointing compounds, and accessories, for both interior and exterior applications.- Review and validate project specifications and requirements and prepare prequalification and compliance documentation accordingly.- Assist the sales team with system selection based on fire ratings, acoustic performance, moisture resistance, and structural requirements.- Assist in preparing customized technical proposals and solutions for client inquiries communicated through the Sales and Specification team- Support clients and consultants with technical submittals, mock-ups, and compliance documentation.- Lead and manage a team of technical engineers with structural and architectural backgrounds.- Allocate tasks, set performance goals, and ensure continuous professional development of team members.- Foster collaboration between engineering, sales, and production teams to deliver integrated technical solutions.- Conduct regular reviews and provide mentorship to enhance team efficiency and technical excellence.- Maintain and update CRM systems with technical data, project work and technical package status.- Develop and maintain technical datasheets, certifications, and product manuals.- Ensure all sales materials comply with industry standards and internal quality protocols.- Support tender submissions with technical inputs and documentation.Requirements:Holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering8-10 years proven experience in Drywalls and CeilingsFamiliarity with LEED, SASO, ASTM, and other relevant certificationsExperience working with consultants, contractors, and project managers.
