Technical Manager (mechanic)

Salary: €40,000–€45,000 + bonus (DOE) + (office-based, 4 days hybrid after probation)Our client, a major player in Ireland’s vehicle leasing and mobility sector, is looking for a Technical Manager to join their Repairs, Maintenance & Tyres team in Leopardstown.This role is perfect for a qualified Motor Mechanic or experienced Service Advisor who enjoys problem-solving, customer contact, and keeping vehicles on the road.What you’ll doAuthorise and manage vehicle repairs while controlling costs.Coordinate CVRT tests and liaise with garages, clients, and suppliers.Provide technical advice to drivers and ensure quick issue resolution.Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.Support team goals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Must haveQualified Motor Mechanic or strong experience as a Service Advisor/Manager.Excellent technical and diagnostic knowledge.Confident communicator, able to liaise with garages, suppliers, and customers.Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.Proven decision-making and problem-solving ability.What’s on offerSalary €40,000–€45,000 + performance bonus.One day WFH after probation, with two days under review.Great opportunity for long-term growth in a stable industry.If you’re technically skilled, customer-focused, and ready for a new challenge, apply now.
