We are looking for a Technical Manager to lead the technical department for SASA, overseeing 35 remote sites and a training center. This role ensures operational excellence in facilities management, compliance with health and safety standards, and delivery of high-quality technical services.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations of the technical team and contractors.Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring SLA compliance.Prepare and manage annual technical budgets (OPEX/CAPEX/Projects).Ensure compliance with OHS Act and chair health & safety committee.Conduct site inspections and maintain high maintenance standards.Manage procurement, supplier performance, and risk compliance.Drive continuous improvement and implement preventative maintenance strategies.What We’re Looking ForQualifications:Grade 12 and a technical qualification (minimum NQF 6 Diploma level).Electrical Heavy Current N6 or equivalent.Wireman’s License (mandatory).CDCP/CDCS/CDFOM certification (or in progress).Valid driver’s license and own transport.Experience:5+ years in Facilities, Property, or Project Management.Strong knowledge of maintenance strategies, SLA management, and OHS compliance.Skills:Project management, budgeting, and cost control.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to manage diverse teams and contractors under pressure.Why Join Us?At Tsebo, we value Integrity, Customer Focus, Innovation, Teamwork, and Excellence.
