The Technical Office Architect will be responsible for designing architectural plans, coordinating with project stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with project goals. The role involves overseeing and managing architectural projects, collaborating on software integration, preparing construction documents, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.4+ years of proven experience as a Technical Office Architect (preferably in construction or contracting companies).Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, detailing, and coordination.Excellent command of AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office tools.Good understanding of local building codes and construction methods.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
