As we expand our retail presence, we seek an accomplished Retail Operations Manager to lead and optimize our store network, ensuring operational excellence, brand consistency, and exceptional customer experiences.Role OverviewThe Retail Operations Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the operational performance of multiple stores. The incumbent will ensure that each location meets sales, profitability, and operational standards while upholding the brand’s premium positioning. This role requires an analytical, results-driven professional capable of leading high-performing teams, streamlining processes, and implementing best practices across the retail network.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive operational excellence across all stores, ensuring adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures, and brand guidelines.Partner with Store Managers to achieve sales targets, operational KPIs, and customer satisfaction objectives.Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, shrinkage control, and optimization of product allocation.Ensure consistent visual merchandising and presentation standards across all locations.Conduct store audits, performance reviews, and operational assessments to identify opportunities for improvement.Lead the training, coaching, and development of Store Managers and retail teams to enhance performance and engagement.Collaborate with Head Office and cross-functional teams on sales forecasting, promotional planning, and strategic initiatives.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to support business growth strategies.Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and employee engagement.Qualifications and RequirementsEducation & BackgroundBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.Professional ExperienceMinimum 4-6 years of multi-unit retail management experience, preferably in luxury fashion or high-end menswear.Proven success in achieving sales growth, operational efficiency, and team development.Demonstrated experience in leading Store Managers and fostering high-performing retail teams.Skills & CompetenciesExceptional leadership, strategic planning, and analytical skills.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple stores and complex operational priorities simultaneously.Proficiency in retail management, Knowledge, and Reporting.High attention to detail, ensuring adherence to brand standards and premium customer experience.How to applysend your cv 01032773777
