Responsibilities include overseeing the preparation of shop drawings, creating detailed BOQs, coordinating designs, and ensuring compliance with technical and project requirements. The candidate will also perform quantity surveying and collaborate closely with civil and electrical engineering teams to ensure project objectives are met effectively and efficiently.QualificationsAT LEAST 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Shop Drawings and BOQ for architectural projects.Knowledge of Civil and Electrical Engineering to effectively coordinate across multiple disciplines.Experience in Quantity Surveying, ensuring accurate estimations and cost management for projects.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills to collaborate effectively on-site and with off-site teams.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.Familiarity with BIM coordination processes is a plus.
