About the RoleWe are seeking a highly technical Technical Operations Manager to lead our email infrastructure, deliverability operations, and platform management. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of deep technical expertise and operational excellence, ensuring our outreach systems operate flawlessly at scale. You will be responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing our email sending domains, monitoring deliverability, managing platform user access, providing technical support, and driving operational metrics.Key ResponsibilitiesEmail Infrastructure & Deliverability ManagementDesign, implement, and maintain robust email domain infrastructure for outreach campaignsConfigure and optimize DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, CNAME) to maximize deliverabilityRegister and manage sending domains and subdomains following industry best practicesMonitor IP reputation and execute delisting procedures promptlyDevelop deliverability playbooks to scale outreach operations effectivelyAnalyze bounce patterns and ISP-specific issues to improve inbox placementOversee mailbox warm-up processes and maintain healthy email flows across channelsPlatform Administration & User ManagementManage user roles, access, and permissions across operational platforms and toolsConfigure mailboxes, aliases, and professional email signaturesConduct regular audits of accounts, permissions, and tool integrationsCoordinate backup and recovery protocols for critical operational dataMaintain documentation of credentials, verification records, and access logsMonitor integrations for expiration, ownership, or inactivity issuesTechnical Support & OptimizationProvide expert in-house technical support and rapid issue resolutionPerform QA to ensure data consistency across connected platformsTest and optimize automation workflows for operational efficiencyIdentify and resolve data synchronization challenges between systemsResearch and integrate new features to enhance platform capabilitiesDocument technical procedures and internal workflow guidesReporting & AnalyticsBuild and maintain dashboards for domain reputation, deliverability, and campaign KPIsTrack sending performance by mailbox, domain, and individual campaignsGenerate actionable reports on deliverability health and operational metricsEnsure tool readiness and compliance before major campaign launchesSupport compliance monitoring and policy adherence across systemsRequired Qualifications3+ years managing email infrastructure or in a technical operations roleDeep understanding of email deliverability concepts, DNS configuration, and ISP relationshipsStrong experience with email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)Skilled in managing multiple SaaS platforms and user access controlsProven analytical abilities with experience in data analysis and reportingExcellent troubleshooting skills with attention to detailExperience with automation tools and workflow optimizationPreferred QualificationsExperience in sales, marketing, or revenue operationsFamiliarity with CRM systems and sales enablement platformsKnowledge of compliance regulations such as CAN-SPAM and GDPRScripting/programming experience for automation tasksPrevious management of large-scale email operationsWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryFlexible PTO and remote work arrangementsProfessional development budgetOpportunity to work with cutting-edge sales and marketing technology
