Technical Operations Specialist

Lead technical support and boost efficiency in pharma manufacturing as a Technical Operations Specialist. In this role, you will provide essential technical support to manufacturing and supply chain operations, focusing on improving processes, solving problems, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Responsibilities: Offer technical support for manufacturing and supply chain operations. Help resolve issues, improve processes, and manage technology transfers. Prepare and review documents such as change controls, investigations, protocols, and training materials. Support process validation and equipment qualification by reviewing manufacturing documentation. Work with teams to enhance efficiency and meet operational goals. Develop and implement improvement projects for manufacturing and supply chain processes. Provide feedback on manufacturing needs and oversee the implementation of solutions. Report safety, quality, or operational concerns to supervisors or designated personnel. Follow Environmental Health and Safety policies during activities. Ensure compliance with quality systems and maintain product standards. Collaborate with operations teams and other business units. Perform additional tasks as directed by the Head of Department or their delegate. Key Skills and Requirements: Understanding of technical processes in manufacturing and supply chain operations within a GMP environment. Proficient computer skills and ability to use various software tools. Ability to prepare and review detailed documentation accurately. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and results.
