You will own the product backlog, define the vision, and drive the roadmap for our cloud and DevOps platform solutions. You'll collaborate closely with Platform Engineers, stakeholders, and business partners to translate complex requirements into actionable user stories, ensuring we deliver maximum value and innovative solutions that align with our partners' goals.Desired SkillsStrong English communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about platform direction and technical challenges.Be an active team player and leader, fostering collaboration and working with a strong lean mindset.Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with an ability to manage backlogs effectively in a proactive manner.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and prioritize backlogs based on business value, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment.Define the platform vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with senior leadership and technical teams.Collaborate with business partners and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for our Cloud and DevOps solutions.Translate product strategy into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications for the engineering teams.Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert on the product for engineering teams and stakeholders.Work closely with the development team during sprints to provide clarity, answer questions, and accept completed work to ensure it meets the defined standards.Stay current with industry trends in Cloud, DevOps, and CNCF technologies to inform the product roadmap and identify new opportunities.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.2 to 4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in a high-tech environment.Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts (AWS, Azure, etc.) and core DevOps principles.Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform) , containerization and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines is essential.Experience working directly with engineering teams on technical platform or infrastructure-focused products is highly desirable.Exceptional ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.What We Offer100% remote work from anywhere principles.Flexible work hours as long as the work delivered on time.Quarterly based KPI reviews and salary/promotion evaluation.Complementary health insurance.Multinet lunch card.Multisport sports card (as of now, valid in major cities).In addition to regular leave, we offer 5 days no strings attached burnout leave.1 day birthday leave prior or subsequent to your birthday week.Reimbursement of technical certification and online courses.Join UsIf you're passionate about technology and thrive in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you.
