Mobileye is looking for an ambitious Technical PMO that thrives in a dynamic and innovative environment and is eager to contribute to our groundbreaking advancements.What your job will look like:Track and follow up on action items from leadership meetings and ensure timely deliveryUnderstand and help scope tasks beyond administrative execution, identifying what's needed for successful outcomesDocument meetings, synthesize key takeaways, and maintain clarity of priorities and next stepsPrepare materials for executive presentations and internal communicationsIdentify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement across the organization and proactively suggest or initiate solutionsMaintain high discretion and confidentiality with sensitive informationAct as a key support partner to the EVP, helping drive execution across mostly R&D domainsManage and maintain the EVP's presence across relevant internal and external platforms (e.g., social media, internal communications)All you need is:Bachelor's degree - preference for a technical field2-5 years of experience as a technical project manager in R&D fieldStrong organizational and time-management skills; detail-oriented and structuredAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentHigh emotional intelligence, maturity, and professional presenceStrong problem-solving capabilities and business awarenessSelf-driven, proactive, and a fast learnerExcellent communication skills in English – written and verbalMobileye changes the way we drive, from preventing accidents to semi and fully autonomous vehicles.
