In this role, you will be deeply involved in the implementation, scaling, and growth of our internal network stack, including our Network API and the Internal Support & Operations Portal.Key ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of the Hive, our Internal Support & Operations PortalGather requirements from internal stakeholders and drive continuous improvementsDefine and maintain the product roadmap in close alignment with stakeholders and the Development teamPrepare clear Product Specifications and PRDsSupport the rollout of features and processes within the Network DomainSupport Network Initiatives & ProcessesRequirementsMust Have3-5 years of experience in software product managementFluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing)Bachelor's degree in Informatics, Information Technologies, Computer Science, Natural Sciences, Engineering, or a business-related fieldExperience working with remote teams in an Agile environmentFamiliarity with API integrationsUnderstanding of network concepts and protocols such as REST API and HTTP(s)Hands-on experience with:Technical Tools: Postman, Mermaid (sequence diagrams), SQL, MarkdownProject Management Tools: Jira, ConfluenceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in data analysisExperience with AI toolsAbility to think strategically and solve complex problems under tight deadlinesNice to HavePrevious experience in the telecommunications industryMaster's degree in Informatics, Information Technologies, Computer Science, Natural Sciences, Engineering, or a business-related fieldKnowledge of at least one Programming language, Docker, Network OSI levels, AI AgentsParticipation in CAMARA / GSMA initiativesFamiliarity with SIM/eSIM protocols (e.g., SGP.21)BenefitsWhy 1GLOBAL?
