Technical Product Manager

Position Overview:The Product Manager will play a pivotal role in driving product strategy, development, and delivery for Shagfapp’s technology-based fitness solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, product vision, and leadership capabilities to manage remote teams and align business goals with product outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities aligned with company objectives.Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-quality mobile and web-based products.Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable development tasks.Utilize coding and IT product management experience to guide technical discussions and decisions.Ensure on-time delivery of product releases while maintaining quality and scalability.Oversee remote teams (to ensure collaboration and progress.Conduct competitive analysis and user research to improve product offerings.Manage project timelines and deliverables using PMP methodologies and agile principles.Required Qualifications:Experience: 1–6 years in Product Management within IT or digital technology domains.Technical Background: Strong understanding of software development and product lifecycle management; hands-on coding experience is a must.Certification: PMP certification is mandatory.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.Experience managing cross-functional or remote teams.Preferred Experience:Prior experience in technology and digital platform companies offering on-demandProven success in launching and scaling mobile applications.
