In this function, you will take charge of pivotal aspects within our 3rd party SaaS tools, especially dealing with integrating tools and creating a seamless user experience across all systems. Collaborating closely with a proficient team, your role will involve working across various departments to define product requirements, prioritise essential features, and ensure successful tool launches and integrations.
