About the RoleWe’re looking for a Technical Product Owner (TPO) to bridge the gap between business vision and engineering execution. You’ll work closely with developers, architects, and stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver scalable, high-impact technology solutions that power our core products.This is a hands-on, strategic role — ideal for someone who combines strong technical acumen with product management discipline and a passion for building the right thing the right way.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for one or more technical domains (e.g., APIs, integrations, data platforms, or infrastructure).Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and technical acceptance criteria.Collaborate closely with engineering teams to refine backlogs, balance priorities, and deliver incremental value.Partner with architects and tech leads to ensure alignment on scalability, performance, and system design.Act as the primary point of contact between business, product, and technology teams, ensuring clarity and alignment at all times.Analyze usage data and system metrics to guide product improvements and technical investments.Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release readiness activities.Advocate for engineering excellence, continuous improvement, and automation within agile development.Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.Required Skills & Experience4+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Technical Program Management, or Product Management in a software development environment.Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum frameworks and hands-on experience managing technical backlogs.Proven ability to work with engineering teams — you can discuss APIs, data models, microservices, or system architecture comfortably.Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes and vice versa.Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar agile tools.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — able to influence without direct authority.Preferred QualificationsBackground in software engineering, computer science, or systems architecture.Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools.Experience in API-first, SaaS, or data-driven product environments.Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) are a plus.
