Job DetailsDescriptionProduct Manager Job Responsibilities:Develops products by identifying potential products; conducting market research; generating product requirements and customer specifications, business case development, and time-integrated plans for product introduction.Product Manager Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & DevelopmentIdentify and evaluate new product opportunities through market research and customer insights.Define product requirements, specifications, and go-to-market strategies.Lead cross-functional teams to bring new accessories to market, including design, sourcing, and manufacturing.Market & Competitive AnalysisAnalyze market trends and competitor offerings to inform product positioning and differentiation.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Finance to develop business cases, pricing strategies, and promotional plans.Customer EngagementPartner with Sales to gather feedback from dealers, distributors, and end-users.Participate in customer visits and trade shows to understand needs and showcase new products.Operational ExecutionWork with Sourcing, Operations and Marketing to ensure optimal sourcing selection and packaging designs are implemented for each new productPrepare product forecasts, ROI analyses, and performance reports for leadership.Travel:Must be willing to travel 15% of time.Product Manager Skills And QualificationsProven experience in product management, preferably in automotive or recreational vehicle accessories.Strong understanding of B2B and B2C customer segments.Experience with product development, pricing strategy, and inventory control.Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.Ability to travel up to 15% for customer visits, supplier meetings, and industry events.Preferred SkillsProduct lifecycle managementCompetitive and market analysisFinancial planning and ROI modelingCross-functional team leadershipFamiliarity with golf car platforms and aftermarket trends
