You'll drive delivery of critical initiatives while building strong alignment between engineering, product, and business teams.This is a remote position based in Singapore.ResponsibilitiesProgram Delivery (40%)Lead end-to-end execution of complex technical programs spanning multiple engineering teamsDefine program scope, success metrics, and deliverables with senior leadershipDevelop roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans while proactively managing dependencies and risksMonitor progress and provide regular executive updatesStakeholder Management (25%)Serve as the central point of contact for program stakeholders across the organizationBuild strong relationships with engineering teams, product managers, and business leadersBridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholdersManage expectations and negotiate priorities when conflicts ariseTechnical Strategy (20%)Partner with engineering leadership on technical approaches and architecture decisionsEvaluate feasibility and trade-offs to inform program directionFacilitate technical discussions and identify opportunities for optimizationStay current with technology trends and best practicesProcess Excellence (10%)Establish program management frameworks and agile methodologiesDrive operational efficiency through data-driven decision makingCreate and maintain program documentationTeam Development (5%)Foster collaborative culture across distributed teamsMentor junior program managersFacilitate effective meetings and planning sessionsQualifications5+ years of technical program management experience in software/technology companiesProven track record delivering complex programs involving multiple engineering teamsStrong technical background with ability to understand architecture and engineering trade-offsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all organizational levelsExperience with agile methodologies and modern software development practicesPMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification preferredOur CulltureWe believe in small teams that produce high output.
