This role is ideal for someone who excels at managing complex projects, proactively mitigating risks, and aligning cross-functional teams toward delivery goals. Experience or familiarity with DevOps practices is preferred.ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and complete multiple technology projects within scope, timeline, and budgetOversee project tracking, team coordination, and delivery of engineering and infrastructure initiativesIdentify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies; act proactively to resolve blockers and resource contentionsLead stakeholder communication by providing transparent and structured updates on objectives, timelines, risks, and critical issuesDrive collaboration across cross-functional technical and business teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment of prioritiesManage and document changes in project scope, schedule, and budget using standardized change control practicesMaintain clear and up-to-date project documentation (plans, risks, decisions, retrospectives)Champion continuous improvement in project execution, workflow, and communication processes within the tech organizationRequirements3+ years of experience in technical project management, ideally in complex infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE-related domainsTechnical background (e.g., software development, systems engineering, or cloud architecture)Proven experience in managing multiple concurrent tech projects with cross-functional teamsExcellent risk and dependency management skills; ability to foresee blockers and proactively resolve themExperience in using tools like JIRA and ConfluenceExceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate technical complexity into business contextExperience managing change control and scope negotiation in agile environmentsDemonstrated ability to prepare high-quality project documentation and stakeholder updatesNice to haveStrong understanding of SRE/DevOps practices, incident management, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure (AWS)Experience working in scale-up or high-growth fintech or trading platformsFamiliarity with ITIL, Agile, KanbanExperience managing projects in regulated environments (e.g., financial services)What you will get in return: Competitive Salary: We believe great work deserves great pay!
