We are looking for a TPM to lead digital transformation and healthcare IT projects, including EMR/EHR systems, hospital information systems, telemedicine platforms, and healthcare data analytics.You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage multi-vendor implementations, and ensure projects comply with regulatory and data privacy standards such as HIPAA, FHIR, and GDPR.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & DeliveryLead full project lifecycle — initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and resource allocation.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.Stakeholder & Cross-Functional CoordinationEngage clinicians, IT teams, administrators, and vendors.Translate clinical and business requirements into technical solutions.Facilitate collaboration across engineering, integration, security, and data teams.Technical & Functional OversightDeploy and integrate EMR/EHR, LIS, PACS/RIS, HIS, telemedicine, and analytics platforms.Oversee migration, customization, and testing of healthcare IT systems.Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, GDPR, and PDPA.Governance, Risk & ComplianceManage project risks, dependencies, and change requests.Conduct project reviews, audits, and post-implementation assessments.Reporting & CommunicationProvide executive updates, dashboards, and steering committee reports.Present project outcomes to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.7+ years IT/technical project management experience; minimum 3 years in healthcare IT projects.Experience delivering EMR/EHR, hospital information systems, or healthcare analytics projects.Skilled in JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, Smartsheet, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, DICOM, data privacy, cybersecurity, and health information governance.Preferred Certifications: PMP, Prince2, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe Agilist, ITIL Foundation, CPHIMS, HIPAA/Data PrivacyWhat Success Looks LikeProjects delivered on time, in scope, and within budget.Full compliance with regulatory and privacy standards.High stakeholder satisfaction across clinical, technical, and business users.Strong system adoption and usability metrics.Reduction in delivery risks, errors, and rework.📢 Ready to lead transformative healthcare IT projects?📨 Interested or know someone perfect for this role?
