Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a proactive and technically inclined Project Manager to lead and coordinate initiatives within the Commvault Support Team. The PM will be responsible for driving operational excellence, managing cross-functional projects, and ensuring timely delivery of support enhancements and customer satisfaction initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Lead planning, execution, and delivery of IT Tech support across Commvault backup and recovery products.Drive continuous improvement initiatives in backup operations, DR planning, and customer engagement.Maintain alignment with compliance, audit, and data protection standards. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.4+ years of experience in project management within technical support.Strong understanding of backup and recovery technologies.Proven experience in stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination, and reporting.PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.Proficiency in Mandarin and English language (spoken and written) is highly desired, Japanese good to have.
