With over 30,000 employees across Asia, the Americas, Africa, and Europe, we offer a dynamic environment to develop and perfect your skills in a field filled with exciting challenges and opportunities.About The RoleThe following responsibilities show the range of requirements the Project Manager needs to manage for CASA projects: Project Integration ManagementDevelop the Project Charter ensuring sponsor buy in and sign offEnsure a project plan is prepared and maintainedDirect and manage project executionMonitor and control project workManage all change requests and integrate approved ones into the project planFinalise all activities to formerly close the project or phase Project Scope ManagementDelivering the agreed outcomes required from the projectConduct stakeholder analysis, define and manage customer expectations both stated and unstatedLiaise with the business units for project inputs and regularly report to the sponsorClarify details of contract and manage contract variationsManage any changes to scope using an appropriate change processSeek and manage opportunities to upsellEnsure acceptance of project deliverables by stakeholder/customer/sponsor Project Time ManagementAchieve customer deadlinesUse a formal process to estimate times for all activities, sequence them and then prepare the scheduleControl performance to meet the deliverables according to the schedule Project Cost ManagementPlan, allocate and manage budgets using appropriate company toolsAnticipate and give forewarning of any deviations from budgetControl the budget within the limits of the project tolerances approved by the project sponsorSeek approval from the sponsor for any anticipated expenditure above the project budget Project Quality ManagementEstablish and plan quality requirements with customer and manage project to ensure complianceEmploy effective corrective action techniques where requiredUse project health checks, reviews, audits and customer satisfaction surveys as a way of objectively monitoring project performance and quality Project Human Resources ManagementActively promote team effectiveness, morale, motivation and productivityEnsure the team buys in to the goals of the project and they are willing to extend themselves to meet the objectivesSupport competence development of team and of other staff (if applicable)Manage the interface between internal resources and the customer Project Communications ManagementActively manage stakeholders utilizing appropriate techniquesImplement a project communication strategy to inform all stakeholders and provide regular reportsProvide market information as to future business opportunities (if applicable) Project Risk ManagementImplement an effective risk management process for the project ensuring the team are fully engagedMitigate, deflect or avoid risk threats whilst seeking to maximise risk opportunities Project Procurement ManagementGenerate procurement planning documentation for the projectWork within the procurement management processes defined for standard ordering and subcontractingManage third party suppliers as appropriateAbout YouSignificant experience in technical project managementHave a good experience of transversal coordination and managementRigorous, with good ability to anticipate and adapt to complex environmentEfficient and relevant reporting skillsAbility to engage and partner with customer and internal staff as requiredAbility to work in a virtual matrix team environmentGood interpersonal skills, coaching skills and easiness in writing documentationsExperience in IT infrastructures (System, Storage, Backup, Network and Security)Project management Certificate (PMP certification or equivalent)English fluency and French is a plusWhat We OfferOBS Experts work on the latest technical infrastructure (virtualization, cloud computing) and on the largest in Europe.
