This position assists with Quarterly Business Review (QBR) preparation and follow-up by gathering, organizing, and analyzing client data and reports, preparing presentations, and tracking action items.The Junior Technical Project Manager also manages meeting and calendar logistics, ensuring timely scheduling, preparation, and communication between clients and internal teams. In addition, this role provides project and task support by assisting with small client requests, maintaining documentation and trackers, and ensuring accuracy in all data entry. This person will also support CRM and outreach efforts by maintaining up-to-date client records, managing follow-ups, and assisting with client communications through platforms such as HubSpot.What You’ll DoQBR (Quarterly Business Review) Preparation & Follow-UpPull, organize, and analyze data and reports, including Halo tickets, O365 usage, hardware inventories, license audits, and invoicesPrepare and clean up data in Excel for reporting and presentationDraft initial QBR slide decks and capture action items during meetingsTrack and follow up on post-meeting tasks and deliverablesMeeting & Calendar ManagementSchedule QBRs, client meetings, and internal preparation sessionsManage Technical Account Manager (TAM) calendars to ensure timely preparation and executionSend meeting invites, reminders, and follow-up communicationsCoordinate logistics to ensure meetings are organized and productiveProject & Task SupportAssist with small client requests, such as scoped quotes and time & materials (T&M) project tasksUpdate and maintain trackers, documentation, and notes within systems like ITGlue and Halo CRMPerform accurate and timely data entry to support project tracking and client recordsCRM & Outreach SupportUtilize HubSpot (or similar CRM systems) to support TAM communications and client engagementManage outreach tasks, client follow-ups, and contact updatesEnsure client records, notes, and communication logs remain accurate and up to dateGeneral SupportCollaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and communication remains consistentProactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve reporting accuracyMaintain a professional and customer-focused approach in all interactionsJob requirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field preferred1–2 years of experience in account management, client services, project coordination, or a similar roleProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointFamiliarity with CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and IT documentation tools (e.g., Halo CRM, ITGlue)Basic understanding of IT systems, software, and hardware preferredStrong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDetail-oriented and accurate, particularly with data entry and reportingProactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate needs and follow through on tasksTeam player who can collaborate effectively with internal teams and clientsAdaptable and eager to learn, with a curiosity for understanding client needs and technology solutionsProfessional demeanor and strong client-service orientationAbility to work independently while maintaining accountability for deadlines and deliverablesComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
