As we grow, we’re seeking a strategic and detail-oriented hybrid professional to bridge business needs with software delivery.About The RoleAs a Technical Project Manager (Software Systems), you will bridge the gap between engineering, product, and operations—turning complex business and technical requirements into clear, actionable development plans. You’ll work closely with front-end and back-end engineers to scope, document, and prioritize work in Jira, ensuring seamless alignment from ideation through release.This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and execution—able to dive into system architecture, clarify edge cases, and ensure development teams have what they need to ship high-quality software on time.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements Translation & Technical AnalysisWork with engineering teams to translate product or operational requirements into detailed Jira tickets and acceptance criteria. Partner with developers to break down features into technical subtasks and define dependencies across services and APIs. Map data flows and integrations between internal systems, APIs, and databases. Anticipate potential blockers and propose technical or process-based solutions. Project Management & DeliveryDrive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization in collaboration with tech leads. Track development progress, QA cycles, and release timelines across multiple projects. Maintain high-quality documentation in Jira and Confluence for ongoing transparency. Ensure sprint deliverables meet defined acceptance criteria and release standards. Cross-Functional CollaborationLiaise between engineering, product, design, and business stakeholders to ensure clarity of technical requirements. Translate complex system issues into clear communication for non-technical teams. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), manage bug triage, and track feedback for iterative improvements. About You3–6 years in a technical project management, product operations, or business systems role in a SaaS or software engineering environment. Proven ability to create clear and complete Jira tickets, with well-defined user stories, subtasks, and acceptance criteria. Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, and data integrations. Familiar with Agile/Scrum, SDLC best practices, and modern dev collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Slack, Figma). Analytical problem-solver who thrives on bringing structure to ambiguity and helping engineering teams move faster. Excellent communication skills — able to translate between technical and business audiences. Ability to read and understand lightweight technical documentation or API schemas. Bonus: Background in QA coordination, systems integration, or product ops.
