Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead mission critical, high impact complex technology initiatives. This role requires hands-on leadership of projects involving core platforms, large scale databases, AI driven solutions, and software development, with close collaboration across R&D, product management, and other cross functional teams.You will be the driving force, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and highest quality, while managing technical complexity, aligning stakeholders, and mitigating risks.What you will be doingDeliver E2E complex technological projects involving core infrastructure, databases, AI models, and software codebasesPartner with the business and product management to define goals, requirements, success metrics, and roadmapsBe responsible for project planning, execution, and resource allocationCollaborate with R&D and data teams to design, develop, test and integrate new capabilitiesManage stakeholder communications, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and dependenciesRemove technical and operational blockers, manage dependenciesEnsure solutions are secure, scalable, and high qualityYour Skills and Experience4+ years proven experience leading large scale technology projects, involving platform architecture, databases, and AI/MLStrong understanding of SDLC, agile delivery, technical architecture, data and cloudAbility to translate complex technical concepts into actionable project plansExceptional communicator and problem solverBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related fieldPMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certificationsKnowledge of search, AI, LLM, ML - an advantageBackground in product management - an advantageExperience leading international, distributed teamsHigh proficiency in English
