Project Manager & Systems Analyst – Core Systems

A leading logistics organization is seeking an experienced Project Manager & Systems Analyst to join its Information Systems division. This role plays a key part in driving critical projects and enhancements across the company’s core operational systems that support supply-chain and logistics activities.About the RoleYou will be responsible for end-to-end project management, requirements analysis, and system solution design for core applications used across logistics operations. The position involves working closely with internal departments, external partners, and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and business performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage projects, system changes, and process improvements for core operational systemsDefine project scopes, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholdersGather and document user requirements for system updates and new functionalitiesConduct system analysis and collaborate with implementation teams to design effective solutionsSupport development teams during the build phase and provide guidance on functional requirementsCoordinate and execute acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure system readiness for deploymentConduct user training sessions and support go-live activitiesWork with cross-functional internal teams and external technology partners to ensure smooth integration between internal and external systemsMonitor project performance, ensure adherence to methodology, and meet SLA commitmentsSuccess MetricsMeeting project timelines, quality standards, and delivery methodologiesSuccessfully implementing system enhancements that improve business processesAchieving departmental and personal KPIsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or equivalentAt least 5 years of project management experience, including:~2 years working with logistics systems~2 years working on interface development or integration projectsStrong analytical skills and experience writing functional requirementsHigh proficiency in SQLStrong orientation toward software development processesExcellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholdersHigh-level English (written and spoken)Technologies & DomainsExperience with core operational systems (e.g., WMS, supply-chain platforms such as SCExpert or similar)Working with integrations, APIs, and cross-system workflowsLocationFull-time position based in the Central district (Israel).
