We are seeking an experienced Production Project Manager to join a leading Defense company based in Be’er Ya’akov ⭐️What You’ll Do:Managing design projects, engineering development, transition from development to production, and serial production in the factoryIdentifying stakeholders and managing their involvement to ensure project deliverablesEstablishing and managing integrated work plans for all stakeholdersCoordinating, tracking, and monitoring project requirements and engineering teamsConducting design reviews as needed, providing overall product support, and overseeing contractors and subcontractorsMonitoring procurement and inventory within the project, with in-depth familiarity of engineering and production BOMsMeeting deadlines, coordinating and guiding operational departments, interfacing with the project management team, and managing project cost modelsRequirementBachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Industrial Engineering – mandatoryMinimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a production environment – mandatoryStrong leadership skills and ability to delegate authorityHigh-level English proficiency
