Job Description: Technology Project ManagerWe are looking for a Technology Project Manager who will lead IT, digital and integration projects end to end, from the initial handover from sales through full delivery to the customer. The role includes full responsibility for timelines, scopes, hour banks, budgets and cross functional coordination, working closely with suppliers and freelancers, and maintaining ongoing communication with customers. The position requires strong technical understanding, advanced project management and control skills and the ability to lead complex projects while meeting goals and delivering high quality results.Key Responsibilities:End to end management of technology projects: project intake, building work plans, task and timeline management, ensuring adherence to the sold scope and managing deliverables. Ongoing work with suppliers and freelancers: monitoring performance, tracking hours, ensuring timelines and verifying quality of work. Customer facing project management: status meetings, expectation alignment, updates, issue resolution and presenting progress. Operational project control: tracking hours and budgets, performance reports, identifying deviations and providing early alerts. Project documentation management: scopes, specifications, reports, deliverables and handover documents. KPI ownership: meeting timelines, ensuring deliverable quality, operational continuity and maintaining high customer satisfaction.Role Requirements:3-5 years of experience managing technology projects in IT or digital environments. Strong technical understanding and ability to read specifications and scope documents. Proficiency with project management tools and digital workflow systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal communication, high service orientation and the ability to lead customers and suppliers. Analytical abilities for managing hours, monitoring data and maintaining budget control.
