Technical Proposal Engineer

Position: Technical Proposal EngineerSalary Range: VND : 35milRESPONSIBILITIES:You areA proactive and organized professional who enjoys supporting a dynamic commercial team. You are service-minded, accurate, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You will be part of our sales team with a wide variety of tasks and will help manage incoming inquiries, calculations and specifications from our clients worldwide. You will work closely with both our engineering and sales teams to prepare the proposals, review specifications, and help shape the best offer for our clients. It is not just deep tech: Your strength lies in understanding the essentials, identifying what's important, and transforming that into solid, professional documentation. You will be stationed in our office in Ho Chi Minh, but you will be working together with our sales team in The Netherlands.Key ResponsibilitiesYour work mainly consists ofReview and interpret customer requests and technical specificationsWork out practical and feasible technical solutionsMake calculations based on client specificationsPrepare clear and structured quotationsProvide technical documentation to support proposalsAssist the sales team with technical insight during the sales processREQUIREMENTS:A completed technical degreeAffinity with reading and interpreting specifications and drawingsExperience in the maritime industrySome experience with technical quotations and calculationsClear communicatorespecially when it comes to simplifying technical matterFamiliarity with ERP systems is a plusIndependent, structured, and detail-orientedFluent in English; additional languages are a bonusWorking Conditions: Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM 5:30 PM) 13th-month salary (fixed), 15 days of annual leave. Social Insurance on gross salary. Outstanding staff will be invited to visit the company at its headquarters in the Netherlands.
