Our acquisition specialists are strategic partners for the business they support, and compelling ambassadors of InterVenture. You will be responsible for guiding hiring managers and candidates through our selection process, performing full lifecycle recruiting, and maintaining excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at large.Your Profile2+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience with a high-performing companyProven background in using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and ‘hard to fill’ rolesExperience in partnering effectively with all types of teams and levels of professionalsExceptional closing and negotiation skills requiredWritten and spoken fluency in English is a must, while German is considered as a plusYour ResponsibilitiesPartner and maintain positive relationships with all hiring teams and have a keen sense of negotiation both with candidates and tech hiring team throughout the recruiting processUse various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates with standardized screening techniquesDevelop effective and timely communication both with candidates and our partnersActively work toward building diverse and qualified engineering teams to support our partnersOfferWork in a dynamic environment with a startup mindset flairBe part of a fast-growing business with "the only constant is change" inscribed in our DNAOpportunity to grow both personally & professionally, particularly on the entrepreneurial level Open, informal and fun team working environment with a positive and friendly atmosphereCompetitive salary and a variety of fringe benefitsPlease apply by starting your CV with "GROWING TOGETHER".
