We’re Hiring: Technical Recruiter | Based in Singapore / Remote-FriendlyLocation: Singapore (On-site / Hybrid / Remote)Employment Type: Full-timeLevel: Mid-Level / Talent Acquisition SpecialistWe’re looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Technical Recruiter to join our growing team! You’ll play a vital role in sourcing and hiring top engineering, product, and IT talent while shaping a positive candidate experience and building our employer brand.Key Responsibilities:Own end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (developers, DevOps, data, product, etc.)Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal profilesProactively source candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, referrals, etc.Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure role fit and cultural alignmentManage and optimize the recruitment pipeline and applicant tracking system (ATS)Provide timely updates and maintain great communication with candidates and internal teamsSupport employer branding, diversity hiring, and recruitment marketing initiativesRequirements:2+ years of experience in technical or IT recruitment (agency or in-house)Strong understanding of technical roles, tools, and hiring trendsProficient in sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search)Experience using an ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workable)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environmentBased in Singapore or able to work Singapore business hours remotelyBonus Points:Experience hiring for startups, SaaS, or high-growth tech companiesFamiliarity with tech stacks (e.g., JavaScript, Python, AWS, Kubernetes)Employer branding or social recruiting experienceRegional (SEA/APAC) tech hiring experienceWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and performance incentivesRemote/hybrid work flexibilityFast-moving, collaborative team cultureTools and support to help you source and close great talentGrowth opportunities in people ops, TA leadership, or HRBP paths
